'Together we rise, divided we fall' kind of thing. I'm all too familiar with this situation and I took some of your advice and instituted it in my last meeting. Writing everything on the board really helped give everyone (including me!) a visual of how much there really is to be done. Since then everyone seems to be stepping up and, dare I say, kind of excited to participate. Fingers crossed that it lasts the semester! Thanks Cecelia!
