Residents from all over the Capital District braved cold weather and gathered on Erie Boulevard with the hopes of catching a glimpse of President Barack Obama as he makes his way to the General Electric plant today. Some were protesting against the President's policies on war, while others were fans just wanting to participate in the historic day for the city.
